Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. Job Description: Prospect and generate new leads for the food testing kit segment. Tailor the quotation to the specific needs of the customer. Highlight the features or benefits that are most relevant to them. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products. Coordinating with the support staff for the installation, training, and Demonstration of the product. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required. Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales to foster long-term relationships. Job Specification: Good proven written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams. Qualification: B. Tech /M. Tech (Biotechnology, Food Science Technology, similar field) OR B.SC. / M.Sc. (Biotechnology, Food Science Technology, similar field) Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers may apply) Skills Required: Preferably from a Life-Sciences background Good Knowledge of the domain. Position Title: Field Service Engineer Position Id: JID000040 Base Location: Delhi Division: Food & Vet Testing Primary Role: As Field Service Engineer the person will be responsible for verifying proper functioning and quality control of the laboratory equipments. This position requires travelling and provind exceptional technical support to customers including application, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing issues. Job Description: Recognize and communicate product issues, complaints, improvements, and resolutions. Test reagents in customer laboratories on new and existing diagnostics instrumentation. Hands on experience with maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment. (PCR, RT PCR machine, Centrifuges, Vortex machine, etc.) Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. Assist customers with meeting their regulatory and verification requirements. Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts usage. Follow safety guidelines and procedures when working on equipment.
